Our yard is privacy fenced with keyfob controlled electric gates. Our parking surface is better than asphalt...we have a recycled concrete base that is packed down and very hard.
Access to our facility is very simple. I-40 is just 1.6 miles to the South and I-25 is just 1.3 miles to the East. We have our own brand new private roadway complete with sidewalk that is right off 2nd Street Easy in and easy out. See map and directions below.

Constructed in 2011, this facility is located in the Blue Sky Business Park, which is a brand new business park in Northeast Albuquerque. We are right off the Paseo Del Norte Frontage Road, just 2 minutes from I-25 and 8 minutes from Coors Road. We have an extra wide driveway with a keyfob controlled electric gate. Just one click gets you in or out. No codes to remember. The parking surface is recycled concrete base, hardpacked and excellent for putting down those jacks.
